In the last two years nothing has brought more happiness into my world than these two. As much as I love my grand-daughter the more joy comes from witnessing my very own daughter be a mother. For the girl who never played with dolls or preferred never to babysit and barely made it through the summer as a camp counselor she astonishes me with her love and patience with her baby girl. Her quiet teaching, her ingenuity, her juggling of quality time and her natural instincts are inspiring.

  1. Oh Lisa,

How I loved seeing pix of Caitlin & Annabelle, so sweet. She didn’t take after Kristie who loved to play with dolls & babysit. I still love to play dolls with Kilie and do her hair (if she lets me) but Kilie always wants me to do her dolls hair. You got me in the mood for grilled cheese for lunch so b/f I start my diet again I am going to make a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch today. Hope you had a amazing Mothers Day. I never dip my grilled cheese in egg I will have to try that, but I love mine with the butter lots of butter. Love & Blessings,Karie Proverbs 3: 5&6

  2. Thank you so much for your comments today. I know you are one of the most amazing mother’s with the biggest of hearts. Annabelle is very much like Caitlin in that she prefers stuffed animals to dolls, however, she is extremely caring and interested in those younger than herself, so maybe she will like to babysit some day.
